A couple weeks ago, I was working on a project creating graphics that featured a product from a website store. To make the graphics, I would grab a product from the merchant's online store, but often times the product would have a background. I needed to remove those backgrounds to make the graphics. The graphic templates are in Figma so I was able to use a Figma plugin Icons8 Background Remover to easily make that happen!
Once the plugin is downloaded, I select the item I would like the background removed, then choose it in my menu. Easy Peazy. It's not perfect. If the background is too close to the color of the object or the background has a texture, it can be a little more difficult. The plugin has upgrades to help with that.
